The. location of the hotel very close to the railway station was a bonus. The front desk staff were exceptional not only during the checking-in and checking out periods but throughout my whole stay. In particular, I would like to highly commend Ayano and Kiko who put in much time and effort in helping me to arrange a whole day tour to Fukui Province via telephone. Breakfast provided much variety of Japanese and European food. The serving staff always made one feel most welcome and valued. Housekeeping service was excellent.

Perfect location near Kanazawa station that was a godsend after a long day of travel. Staff were superb in getting us tired travelers checked in and up to our room. Our forwarded luggage was already in our room as well. The first room we got was admittedly a little small however the next day the staff upgraded us to a twin room and assisted in moving our gear efficiently between them. Very quiet place to stay with nice views across the city. Very comfy beds and a great bathroom. Plenty of places to put suitcases and bags as well.

We were really happy with our stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Kanazawa. Access to the railway station, underground and the Kanazawa loop buses from the hotel via a covered walkway is easy. Staff were very helpful, many spoke some English. Our room on the 15th floor had a great view. Beds really comfortable, two pillows on each bed plus an extra in the wardrobe. Lovely cotton sheets and a feather duvet. Nice bathroom including a bath and shower.

Also like all IHG hotels I have stayed in so clean and super comfortable pillows and beds - heaven. The staff are kind and helpful. Great bar and restaurants with the hotel. Really pleasant stay. We had breakfast at the property and it was really great: plenty of Japanese variety along with Western options. I definetly would stay here again.
