Very close to the central station with easy access to to the bus. Was offered a late checkout of 2pm which gave us ample time to fully explore the city in the morning before leaving.

We were really happy with our stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Kanazawa. Access to the railway station, underground and the Kanazawa loop buses from the hotel via a covered walkway is easy. Staff were very helpful, many spoke some English. Our room on the 15th floor had a great view. Beds really comfortable, two pillows on each bed plus an extra in the wardrobe. Lovely cotton sheets and a feather duvet. Nice bathroom including a bath and shower.

Very good location. Connected to train station. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. The room is abit old but spacious. There is a connecting door for our two rooms and that made it easier for us as a family. Staff is very helpful and helped to book dinner for us for two nights. They were polite and very willing to help. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is located just steps away from the main station. The staff was very attentive and polite. The breakfast had so many choices and it was excellent. The bed was firm and the pillows were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Kanazawa next time!

I enjoyed staying here and the location and staff were friendly. right across the road from Kanazawa station and nearby to many restaurants and convenience store

The hotel provides a big comfortable room. Breakfast is great as they serve flavours unique in Kanazawa. It is near JR Station n Bus Terminal and is best place to explore Kanazawa n nearby attraction like Shirakawago n Tateyama Alpine Route. Cost is worth it. It is safe and elderly friendly.

Beautiful hotel, as you would expect given the name. The room was spacious, well lit and looked out on the city/mountains. All of the amenities were top notch. We were greeted warmly and helped up with all of our luggage and even offered tea and snacks almost immediately. The concierge helped us book dinner and gave other recommendations for the city. As the hotel is next to the station, it is incredibly easy to access. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating in every way. Location was also so very handy for catching trains or buses, also the food for breakkie had so many choices! We had a room with a very amazing view too, very comfortable stay, I wish we had longer to stay here.

Location next to Kanazawa Station and malls. Front desk and concierge services were prompt and friendly. Rooms and lobby areas were very clean and organised. Checking in was swift.
